Currently we only ship within the US. For any international shipping, including Canada, please reach out to us at hello@orandadecor.com and we'll figure out a solution. 

PROCESSING TIME: Orders received between Monday morning and Friday noon are generally processed within 1-3 business days after receipt of your order. Orders received after noon on Friday and over the weekend, will be processed the following Monday. 

 

Please note we do not ship on weekends or holidays, which thus do not count toward your shipping days.  

Shipping times depend on your location. Typically it will range from 2 to 8 days. You will be emailed tracking within 24 hours of your item shipping.  If you don't receive tracking, feel free to reach out to our customer service team to assist you.  

Shipping via all carriers takes longer around the holidays.  Carriers may need additional days for transit during the holiday season. Due to COVID 19 all carriers may require more time to deliver packages. 

Oranda is not responsible for delayed shipments due to holidays, severe weather, natural disasters or pandemics.
